EagleEye Analytics' Talon® web-based solutions suite consists of the Analysis Workbench, the Engine, and the Viewer.
The Analysis Workbench is used to set up and initiate analyses, review results, and publish selected results. The Analysis Workbench provides input to the Engine and publishes the results to the Viewer. The Viewer provides graphical representations and detailed descriptions of segmentation results from the Engine and supports drill down capabilities into the source data.
Both the Analysis Workbench and the Viewer have extensive online help. Additionally, EagleEye Analytics has found that hands on training gives customers an excellent jump start on the use of Talon.
The Viewer and Analysis Workbench Training Course consist of:
- A two day hands-on workshop
- Delivered by experienced practitioners
- Using the case study learning approach
- To provide instruction on using Talon and how to select the most optimal model using the latest statistical methods
- Custom courses can be designed to fit specific needs
